WE SHIP TO US ADDRESSES ONLY

WE WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT CHECKOUT
-Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.
-Due to rules set by our payment processors, orders can be shipped ONLY to the address provided at checkout. If you request an address  change after placing your order, the current order will be cancelled and a 10% fee will be charged to help us recover the non-refundable payment processing fee we paid on your cancelled order. If you still want the product, you'll need to re-order with the correct address.

WE SHIP VIA US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY

WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

WE SHIP MONDAYS & THURSDAYS
-Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday.
-Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ship on Thursday.

If your shipping date falls on a holiday, your order will ship the next business day.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE
-Although we will ship your order as quickly as we possibly can, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
There is a 10% fee (calculated upon order total) for any order which is sent to an address the US Postal Service identifies as undeliverable for any reason, and shipping is non-refundable in this case. We will not re-ship to any address deemed undeliverable. Make sure there is a USPS-approved mail receptacle on site before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

There is a 10% fee for cancellation of any order which has not yet shipped.

RETURNS POLICY
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

 WE ACCEPT RETURNS OF ALL OTHER ITEMS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

-There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

-No refund will be issued for any return which violates ANY of the conditions listed below:

-You must contact us and notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. No refunds will be issued for items which are returned without our pre-authorization and an RMA number.

-A print-out of the return authorization must be included with the return.

-The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

-Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to you.

-Items must be in their original, unopened packaging which must be clean and in re-sellable condition.

-Refunds will be paid upon our receipt of merchandise, which will be weighed and must match the original weight.

-No refund will be made for any bag of grout from which ANY product has been removed.

-No refund will be made for any bag on which the seal has been broken.

-We do not accept returns of partially used merchandise, and we do not issue partial refunds.

You'll need to return it at your expense, then order the item you want.

 IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER

Please contact us. We will issue a refund or replace the merchandise at our discretion if you provide photos of the packaging and contents. No refunds or replacements for incorrect, incomplete or damaged orders will be issued without photos.
