-Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
-If you want an order shipped to another address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Afterwards may be too late - we sometimes ship orders within minutes of when they're received.
WE SHIP WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS
-Most orders ship by the next business day after they are received, but some may take two business days to process.
-Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays.
WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
WE SHIP VIA US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY
-Your order will ship First Class or Priority, depending on its size.
-You'll receive an automated notification with tracking information when I ship your order.
-Packages usually take 2 to 3 business days to reach you from the time they are mailed.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE
-Although we will ship your order as quickly as we possibly can, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS
-Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
-Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to customer.
-Shipping charges will not be refunded.
-The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
-Refunds will be paid upon our receipt of merchandise, which must be in its original packaged and unopened condition.
-We do not accept returns of partially used merchandise, and we do not issue partial refunds.
-Please package returns securely to avoid damage in transit.

You'll need to return it at your expense, then order the item you want.
IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDER
Please contact me. I will issue a refund or replace the merchandise at my discretion if you provide photos of the packaging and contents. No refunds or replacements for incorrect, incomplete or damaged orders will be issued without photos.
