WE SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT CHECKOUT
-Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.
-Due to rules set by our payment processors, orders can be shipped ONLY to the address provided at checkout. If you request an address  change after placing your order, the current order will be cancelled and a 10% fee will be charged to help us recover the non-refundable payment processing fee we paid on your cancelled order. If you still want the product, you'll need to re-order with the correct address.

WE SHIP WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS
-Most orders ship by the next business day after they are received, but some may take two business days to process.
-Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays.

WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

WE SHIP VIA US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY
-Samples will ship via First Class Mail; anything larger ships via Priority Mail.
-You'll receive an automated notification with tracking information when we ship your order.
-Packages usually take 2 to 3 business days to reach you from the time they are mailed, but transit times can vary.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE
-Although we will ship your order as quickly as we possibly can, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 10% fee for cancellation of any order which has not yet shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

-Samples

-Custom or personalized orders

 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS OF ALL OTHER ITEMS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

-There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.

-No refund will be issued for any return which violates ANY of the conditions listed below:

-You must contact us and notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. No refunds will be issued for items which are returned without our pre-authorization and an RMA number.

-A print-out of the return authorization must be included with the return.

-The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

-Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to you.

-Items must be in their original, unopened packaging which must be clean and in re-sellable condition.

-Refunds will be paid upon our receipt of merchandise, which will be weighed and must match the original weight.

-No refund will be made for any bag of grout from which ANY product has been removed.

-No refund will be made for any bag on which the seal has been broken.

-We do not accept returns of partially used merchandise, and we do not issue partial refunds.

You'll need to return it at your expense, then order the item you want.

 

IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER

Please contact us. We will issue a refund or replace the merchandise at our discretion if you provide photos of the packaging and contents. No refunds or replacements for incorrect, incomplete or damaged orders will be issued without photos.
